The postdoctoral internship is offered by the Public Health (PPGSP) and Biosciences and Biotechnology in Health (BBS) graduate programs. The internship is guided by the Postdoctoral Internship Regulations of Fiocruz Pernambuco, approved in 2016. It is possible to request the internship at any time of the year and submit it to the Program's Graduate Committee for approval. This internship can also be offered through a selection made by a funding agency, which establishes the rules for this process.

FAQ:
To apply you must present:
a) Letter of acceptance from the supervisor;
b) Copy of the doctoral degree or equivalent document;
c) An updated Lattes.
d) The candidate must send a copy of the publications considered most relevant, from the last two years;
e) Work plan with a research project indicating the research and teaching activities the candidate intends to develop during the post-doctorate and a schedule of activities;
The candidate who has an employment relationship with an institution must present a statement from said institution authorizing the withdrawal from his/her activities during the post-doctorate period;
If you are a recipient of a scholarship from a funding agency or similar for the post-doctoral internship, documentary evidence issued by the institution in question.
Holders of a doctoral degree:
a) with a scholarship financed by a funding agency;
b) with paid leave from a research and teaching institution or company;
c) scholarship provided by non-providing agencies, including companies;
d) no scholarship, at the discretion of the Public Health or the Bioscience and Biotechnology in Health graduate programs.
